J.Jill Insider is a monthly internal magazine designed to connect retail employees with the brand's latest collections — giving store teams the editorial context, styling inspiration, and product knowledge needed to better engage customers on the floor. I worked closely with J.Jill's internal copywriting team, stylists, and fashion designers to build a content plan around strategically selected pieces. I designed the spiral-bound publication to repurpose imagery from existing retail photo shoots to create a polished, on-brand publication without the need for additional production. The result was a cohesive, beautifully designed internal resource that bridged the gap between the creative team and the retail floor.
